Return & Refund Policy

• All accessories, labels, and packaging must be included.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items Upon Delivery (Important)

If your product arrives in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, you must:
• Contact our customer service team on the same day or within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue
• Apply for return or replacement approval before sending the item back

⚠️ Requests made after this period for delivery-related damage may not be accepted.


3. 15-Day Usage Quality Warranty (After Use Protection)

We provide a 15-day limited usage quality warranty starting from the date of delivery.

This warranty applies only when:
• The product was received in normal, intact condition, and
• A functional or quality-related defect occurs during normal use within 15 days

Covered issues include:
• Manufacturing defects affecting functionality
• Product failure under normal use conditions

After verification, we will provide a:
• Free replacement, or
• Other agreed resolution depending on availability

This warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or accidents
• Unauthorized modification or repair
• Normal wear and tear


4. 1-Year Limited Quality Warranty

We offer a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects caused by non-human factors.

Approved claims within the warranty period will receive a free replacement after verification.


5. Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected:
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

Refunds will only be processed after inspection and approval.


6. Return Process

To request a return, refund, or replacement:
1. Contact customer service for authorization
2. Provide order details and supporting evidence
3. Wait for approval before returning the item
4. Ship the item according to provided instructions

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


7. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Conditions
